Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase and refunds will be issued promptly.
Due to health and safety concerns, all products must be in their original sealed
packages. We do not accept used items or
disposable products in which the packages have been opened. We will accept partial cases of disposable
products which are in their original sealed package.
Customers are responsible for returned merchandise shipping and handling charges. Please pack returned items in their original
packaging and containers. Simply
Incontinence Care is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned
items. All requests for returns must be
submitted to Simply Incontinence Care and we will give you a call tag number to
return the merchandise.
How to Return an Item
Submit the following request for a return merchandise
authorization. We will then forward to
you a return authorization number or call tag number in which to place on the
package. We will have an authorized carrier pick up the merchandise. Simply Incontinence Care will
deduct the return shipping cost from the credit due to you.
