Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact Customer Service at 855-408-4769. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number that will be placed on the outside packaging to be returned. This number must be on the packaging in order to receive a credit. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
Returnable items are accepted within 30 days of purchase date. Simply Incontinence Care will accept all items returned in their original unopened retail packaging. All items must be in resellable condition, new and unused.
For all products, you are responsible for the return delivery and shipping costs. You may choose to have the product picked up by our shipping service or you may wish to ship the package back to the designated warehouse yourself. You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number given to you before there can be any returns to our warehouse.
Defective or Wrong Items Shipped
Items delivered to you either in error or defective will be returned with no shipping fees incurred by you. We apologize for any inconvenience in sending out the wrong product or receiving a defective item. We will make every effort to have the situation resolved in a timely manner. We will give you a prepaid shipping number to attach to the merchandise that will be picked up by our carrier.
Credit Card Refunds will be issued when the merchandise is returned to the warehouse minus any shipping fees incurred for returns. All returns must be in the warehouse 35 days from the purhase date.
